Programs

The Martin Pollak Project, Inc. provides community-based and family-oriented substitute care for children and young people, ages birth to 21, the Northstar Baltimore Tutoring & Mentoring program, and other support services for youth.

Providing care for some of the area’s most at-risk children and youth in Maryland, MPP has earned respect for its community-based and family-centered treatment foster care services. Through two core programs, Treatment Foster Care and Independent Living, Martin Pollak provides caring support for approximately 70 children, youth and their families.
